**Attachment Description**

Business Development Manager is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. The job duties include generating sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships.

**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:

- Incharge of the entire sales and business development process to acquire new clients, both online and offline
- Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets in assigned territories, markets, channels, both online/offline
- Develop new distributor channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline
- Plan and organise all sales & marketing activities to ensure the company’s business objectives are met
- Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Effective communication with a range of stakeholders. management team and people, both internally and externally.
- Ability to look new sources and opportunities and respond well when facing different challenges.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Able to learn the skill in Research & Strategy
