Payroll and Benefit Administration and Monthly Report
- Prepare and perform payroll for entities in Singapore
- Prepare and submit payroll reports - CPF submission, payroll reconciliation, submission to bank for payment and Finance reports
- Statutory claims; childcare, maternity, paternity and NS leave
- Insurance; add/remove employee & dependents. Oversee insurance claims
- Flexi-benefits; administer and manage claim via system
- Annual leave; annual AL accrual
- Monthly attrition report
- Monthly Safety KPI report

Maintain and updates HR databases & employee information
- Manage, update and upkeep all employees records/documents, in systems and shared drive;
- Maintain updates of the Employees Handbooks;
- Maintain files and forms associated with personnel benefits - Insurance, benefits, training and recruitment
- Key user to global HRIS, recruiting system and local e-leave and claim systems. Liaise between company and payroll system vendor
- Maintain company’s people records and survey administration ie. MOM and CPF board
- Letters preparation
- Manage gift for occasions; new born, wedding, hospitalisation etc.

Recruitment & Orientation
- Assist with placement of recruitment ads and liaise with agencies;
- Conduct or request recruiters to conduct employment verifications and reference checks. Arrange pre-employment examination.
- Prepare onboarding for new hires; information collection, new user requests, conducts new employee orientations and monitors progress of new employees.
- Alert employment confirmation and prepare related documentations

Offboarding
- Administer off-boarding process; arrange for exit discussion, prepare related documents, terminate systems

Project Management / Others
- Support special HR projects
- Internship management

Support office administration
- Sourcing of employees’ gifts

Experience
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in similar scope
- Familiar with statutory requirements, HR surveys
- Knowledge of Prosoft system is a plus

**Others**
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle
- Proficient in MS excel, word
- Self -motivated and has initiative to make things happen
- Meticulous, inquisitive and have an eye for details
