**Responsibilities**:
**Service**:

- Carry out duties duly assigned by Manager.
- Responsible in overall cafe operation & cleaniness.
- Assist in Cafe paperwork and planning of duty roaster.
- Responsible for bar preparation and hall duties.
- To deliver great and excellence customer service.
- Handle cashiering system, various payment modes and devices
- Ensure that the level of cleanliness and hygiene is consistent.
- Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to customers.
- Ensure various stocks are available for daily use in the store
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Prepare the store (front-of-house) for operations
- Provide dining-in, take-away and delivery service
- Handle hosting duties
- Handle all customer queries
- Any other ad hoc duties
- Assist in Kitchen operation.

**Kitchen**:

- Carry out duties duly assigned by Manager.
- Responsible for food preparation and cooking duties.
- Ensure that the level of quality and hygiene is consistent.
- Maintaining of kitchen and work station cleanliness.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Support the preparation & production of foods.
- Restock all items as directed by superior
- Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the station.
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- No experience required but preferably minimum 2 years experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service will be advantaged.
- Willing to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Passion for people and food
- Energetic team player.
