- Coaches, motivate, educate, train, counsel, and discipline a team to deliver the service and product standards of the group through mentorship and coaching to fuel the team's growth.
- Develop the team and ensure succession planning is in place

Job Requirements:

- 2 years or more of experience in assisting a Chinese/Cantonese restaurant
- Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and Hospitality from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution
- Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume beverage operations
- Energetic and driven with a high level of flexibility
- Cantonese Speaking is an advantage
