**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
- Plan and control manning to meet business needs and according to budget
- Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring with constant interactions
- Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports and formulate action plans accordingly
- Handle customers’ requests and feedbacks promptly and professionally
- Liaise with Chef to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations Those with more years of working experience will be considered for the position of Restaurant Manager

**Job Requirements**
- At least 8 Years of working experience in Food & Beverage Service with 3 years at a Managerial / Assistant Manager Level
- Drive consistent service, process improvement and a passion for providing service
- Good communications and writing skills for both English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate with customers, business partners and associates
- Team player with strong inter-personal skills
- Able to work in a fast-pace working environment
