NHG Cares serves to integrate NHG’s Primary Care and Community services as shared clinical services supporting our Integrated Care Organisations in implementing NHG’s Population Health strategy towards MOH’s Healthier SG plans.

The Director of NHG Cares (Office) will work closely with the CEO to drive the development and strategy of NHG Cares. He/she will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including grassroots, primary care and community partners to drive new initiatives for better care and better health for our residents in the Central and North region of Singapore. He/she will also support the integration and operations management for services under NHG Cares.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement business strategies in support of NHG Cares which include leading strategic partnerships with primary care and community partners and the integration of existing and new business units.
- Build and lead a strong internal team that amongst others, supports the financial planning and integration of business units; manages the requests and expectations from different stakeholders and devises seamless workflows; and manages and delivers projects according to requirements.
- Create a corporate branding and marketing strategy that is aligned to NHG’s Population Health and MOH’s Healthier SG strategy. This includes having the unique selling proposition communicated to all partners and residents.

**Requirements**:

- Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to function effectively as a change agent with experience in facilitating discussions on care transformation and change.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities and must possess strong administrative, budget management and project coordination skills.
