This is a leading global logistics organisation with a large global presence and headcount over 10,000.

**Your new role**
As the Head of APAC Compensation and Benefits, covering over 20 countries, you will be driving the total rewards strategy of the organisation to ensure market competitiveness to attract and retain talent. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation globally with a large outreach and sphere of influence. You will manage a team, covering total rewards, international mobility and employee recognition programs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have extensive regional experience in the Compensation and Benefits space and you’ll hold expert knowledge in total rewards and possess a strategic business acumen mindset. You will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and you’ll enjoy challenges and strive in an agile, matrix structured environment. You are proactive and thrive on initiating change, pushing the organisation to greater heights. Ideally you’ll come from a logistics or manufacturing background.
