Work Mode:
**Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance of Senior TA, make high-quality characters, scenes, special effects, post-production and other material effects for 3A games;
Under the guidance of the Senior TA, work with artists to evaluate art effects, and assets and optimize performance;
Test and evaluate, summarize art production process and effects, create art assets independently or use existing art assets to create and improve art effects in the engine;
Work with artists to solve engine and tools problems, and assist in locating problems;
Develop simple in-engine / DCC art tools using scripts.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or above in art and design, digital media, game design, animation and other related majors preferred;
Strong passion for researching new features of art tools and game engines;
Solid art design skills, excellent aesthetics and a strong sense of art quality and efficiency;
Proficiency in at least one art tool, such as 3D Max / Mava / Blender / Substance Painter and other mainstream 3D production software;
Proficiency in at least one art skill such as painting/modeling/scene/lighting/rendering/binding/special effects;
Good understanding and use of GLSL / HLSL / Cg at least one Shader language;
Knowledge of C++/C#/Python or at least one development language;
Experience using Unreal Engine 4, with at least two or more modules for scenes, characters, animations, and effects;
Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and responsible working attitude.
