- About the Team
The Sales Strategy & Operations team uses an insight-driven approach to unite all business areas around a common GTM strategy that delivers incredible customer results and employee experience. We collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, analyze & execute our GTM via a unified operating model built on proven practices & programs to maximize Workday’s revenue opportunity.

- Responsibilities- Support a group of stakeholders to make data driven decisions-
- Lead analysis of business performance to help identify areas of success & improvement, help quantify impacts on go-to-market strategy changes and provide thought leadership on growth initiatives-
- Partner with other members of the Sales Strategy & Operations team to support annual planning and modeling at a regional level-
- Partner with Field Sales to highlight insights from dashboards with interpretation and recommendations-
- Provide recommendations for new analytics/dashboards to support Field Sales-
- Lead strategic projects including, but not limited to: new market entry proposals, business case development, operational process improvements etc.- About You
- Qualifications- 12+ years of related professional experience-
- 8+ years experience in Sales Operations, Finance, and/or Analytics-
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship building skills-
- Excellent problem solving and analytical reasoning skills-
- Takes initiative and has intellectual curiosity-
- Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization-
- Clear thinker with ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages-
- Proven experience in evaluating business cases, program effectiveness and/or investment decisions-
