- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with sales executives to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, analyzing performance against targets.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve sales tactics and product offerings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and persuade.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
