We are looking for a resourceful and strategic Delivery Lead as a vital role in boosting customer experience by ensuring smooth delivery of digitally enabled top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands, overseeing a range of customer initiatives, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets for the department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to design digitally enabled top notch customer initiatives.
- Project manage the implementation of customer initiatives and maintain high performance levels of self and team.
- Establish and maintain project documentation standards with proper tracking of KPIs, deliverables and budgets.
- Deliver projects on time, within the budget and brief, while keeping team happy and motivated in wanting to do more.
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on operations performance.
- Recommend service improvement through regular review done on the voice of the customers and seeing that actions are implemented on time and in a cost-effective way.
- Develop better ways to engage the customers and collaborate with Enterprise Customer Experience team on projects.
- Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective communications between departments.
- Manage day-to-day operation needs of the department in supporting the Head of Department.

**Requirements**:
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in leading cross functional customer initiatives /projects to fruition.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Effective communicator, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding scheduling and time management skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and can think out of the box with high level of customer centricity.

Education
- Diploma or above.
