We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programme Director to oversee and manage our autonomous projects across different customers. This role is multifaceted, encompassing customer development as well as providing direction & oversight on project management, contract and legal negotiations, and operations in the dynamic field of autonomous vehicles.

**Role responsibilities**
- **Project Management**:Lead and manage autonomous vehicle projects for multiple customers, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation and milestones.
- **Customer Management & Development**:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, build and maintain strong relationships. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs,specific project requirements and expectations. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
- **Contract and Legal Negotiations**:Engage in contract negotiations with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and legally sound. Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- **Operational Launch & Deployment**:Oversee the development and execution of operational launch plans, coordinating activities across various teams. Promptly address any operational issues or challenges that arise during the deployment phase and work closely team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- **Operations Management**:Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and operations staff. Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines. Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance project efficiency.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

**Required experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree and technology background are preferred
- Proven experience in project management, especially in the autonomous vehicle industry.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and an understanding of legal aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and industry trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
