A Senior Project Manager owns the responsibility to execute on a technology roadmap aligned to the business strategy and direction. This person is responsible for the end to end planning, organizing and delivery of multiple projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits. As part of the role, this person needs to work with Product owners, Group IT Teams, external stakeholders, resource partners in achieving the objectives set at the group level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the successful and effective project management, implementation and delivery within specified schedule, budget and quality
- Oversees the tracking of projects/risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realization for the project/s and takes action to minimize impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles
- Works closely with Product owners, design teams, infrastructure and delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together all teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes
- Lead and manage Business Analyst resources on requirement analysis, request prioritization, planning and execution of functional and non-functional requirement, delivery of business requirement document (BRD) and support the UAT as well as operational readiness test, review of deliverables that created by the Business Analysts for quality, consistency and completeness.
- Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.
- Communicate effectively & negotiate with consultants, clients, contractors on engineering and contractual matters.
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements
- Having good knowledge of agile process and able to conduct scrums/daily stand-ups

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology Sector, with experiences in Healthcare domain.
- Familiar with project management tools; Trello, Kanban, Clickup, JIRA, SharePoint & MS Office suite
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, tight timeline, and managing multiple projects at the same time
- Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative programming environment
- Stays up to date with current trends, best practices and new technologies
- Excellent experience in agile/DevOps delivery methodology
- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Possess strong planning, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high performance teams
