Job Description:

- To oversee daily operations (Concierge Counter, Client Centre, Pantry Area, Coffee Bar)
- To the floor in-charge person for on-site service operations
- Provide regular service training to team members
- To brief the team before each catering event
- Monitor the Pantry Attendants
- To co-ordinate and discuss with concerned parties for in-house catering event
- To provide suggestions on menu selection and floor setup with the organizer
- To allocate task and manpower for the team
- To review/arrange manpower for the operations if necessary
- To maintain good relationship with clients and feedback to the Hospitality Manager
- Work proactively with all the internal organizers to ensure smooth running of the event
- To prepare various reports for management
- To submit monthly catering records and consumption reports for management review
- To check function setup to ensure that they are made in accordance with client’s requirement
- To check all office pantries cleanliness and tidiness with the client requirement
- To perform other duties assigned whenever the operational or business needs
- To perform ad hoc assignment for management as needed

Job Requirements:

- Min. Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experiences working in an F&B & Hospitality environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
- Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
- A positive attitude towards developing the role, accepting responsibility, and having the ability to generate service improvements, acting with initiative
- Confident communicator
- A strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work commitments
- Flexible approach to departmental requirements
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- An approachable personality

**Salary**: $5,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
