**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock control of all production/workshop consumables within stores. Maintain a good storage system for incoming goods to ensure goods can be retrieve easily.
- Load and unload of goods to and from trucks
- Receive and record delivery orders as per OSI procedures.
- Provide packing details of ready-to-shipped equipment to the Sales team.
- Ensure paint store is maintained in good order and incoming paint stock is logged.
- Unpack and identify incoming goods.
- Stencil part numbers on outgoing equipment
- Palletize and pack outgoing customer-owned equipment.
- Load/Unload Connectors into the containers; pipes/joints from the trailers at the pipe yard.
- Supply raw materials to Production and move finished goods from Production for storage.
- Arrange trailers for CPD and Subsea Production, as and when required.
- Carry out greasing and painting of connectors and other OSI products, when required.
- Dispose rejected and scrap goods with the assistance of the Projects team.
- Perform cleaning and oiling of vendor machined connectors after the initial inspection.
- Execute stock check/cycle count, when necessary.
- Carry out pre and post operational checks on communication equipment, crane lifting gear and accessories in the yard. Report any damage/defect to the Supervisor.
- Perform rigging and signalling duties as part of the lifting operations team in the yard when required.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times within designated area
- Accept and carry out any additional work related instructions/activities, to the best of his ability, as determined by the department supervisor/manager.
- Comply with OSI Quality Management System, OSI HE&E policy and requirements.
**The Person**:

- Minimum GCE “N” levels certification.
- Attained at least a 4-ton forklift driver’s license is essential.
- Attained Heavy forklift driver’s license is a bonus, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a store/warehouse.
- Understand and able to show appropriate hand signals for incoming goods vehicles.
- Knowledge in inventory control systems will be advantageous. Training will be provided.
- Ability to read, write and speak basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
