**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Operations Leadership: Assist the Operations Manager in leading and managing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while encouraging and motivating team members to perform at their best.
- Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning content development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Process Optimisation: Help streamline operations and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity, inspiring your team to embrace continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration and Motivation: Work closely with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in managing resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, ensuring optimal support for the team to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet the company’s high standards and client expectations.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and assist in addressing any concerns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that operations comply with company policies and industry regulations, and assist with the preparation of performance reports for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an operational or project coordination role, preferably in the eLearning, content development, or technology sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a track record of supporting successful project deliveries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms, instructional design, or content development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
