To strengthen our growing business in Singapore, we are looking for talent to join our Health & Benefits Brokerage, as **Senior Assistant I - Broking**

**What can you expect**:

- Part of the EH&B Brokerage team to support Brokers with all aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and presentation creation with your assigned portfolio of globally, regionally, and locally appointed corporate clients, to build excellent relationships and deliver service within / exceeding clients’ expectations.

**We will count on you to**:

- Utilizes knowledge of industry, markets, and clients to assist Broker with all aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and presentation creation.
- Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with small to medium clients and team colleagues, including management, to provide services to the Broking function.
- Oversees communication from more junior-level support staff to ensure effective correspondence with client’s representatives and appropriate carrier representatives.
- Provides assistance to Broker regarding coverage questions and program adjustments.
- Prepares and issues invoices and identifies, and low complexity resolves billing problems.
- Oversees the performance clerical functions by more junior levels of support, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing.
- May demonstrate ability to enter new bonds, upload documents, client demographics, process renewals, client reporting, etc., under occasional supervision.
- May interact with Surety clients on a daily basis in order to understand, document and execute new and renewal surety needs.
- May perform the bond issuance and renewal process in a timely manner that are in compliance with internal and regulatory protocols.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in health and benefits consulting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
