**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead aerial classes in accordance with studio guidelines and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate proper technique, form, and transitions on aerial silks and hammock
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate all levels of students.
- Ensure proper rigging and inspection of equipment before each session.
- Educate students on safety measures and proper body alignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
- Encourage and motivate students while fostering a positive and inclusive class environment.
- Assist with studio events, workshops, and performance preparation if applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or documented experience in aerial arts, aerial yoga, or aerial fitness.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- 1+ years of teaching experience preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt classes to meet the needs of different student abilities.
