**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group class, workshop and maybe assigned to organize retreats for members / participants.
- Customize effective personal training program for members
- Be a yoga partner and role model to the members to help them achieve their desired expectation
- provide constant coaching, feedback and guidance to our members to improve their health and happiness
- inspire our members with our genuine passion and concern for their goals by helping them each day
- inspire others by the way we live, our healthy appearance and behaviors, positive attitudes and by being fundamentally sound in our training
- provide proper alignment to lead members in attaining and improving their physical postures
- Constant reminder of the use of correct breathing techniques with poses
- create and design new training programs for the company
- Lead some modules of Yoga Teachers Training courses for YTTC 200, YTTC 300, YTTC 500
- Lead and train company instructors to advance to next level of yoga teaching

**Requirements**:

- Highly energetic individuals with a strong enthusiasm in the fitness industry
- Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Minimum 10 years teaching of group class and personal training experience
