Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness hub located in the heart of Orchard. We offer a variety of group classes including aerial yoga, pilates, power flow, strength training, and more — all in a friendly, motivating environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aerial Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leading safe, engaging, and inspiring aerial classes for participants of various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct aerial yoga or aerial fitness classes according to the studio schedule.
  • Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications for different fitness levels.
  • Ensure participants' safety by teaching correct techniques and monitoring form.
  • Prepare class plans that are engaging, challenging, and aligned with Avante's teaching standards.
  • Maintain a welcoming and motivating environment for all members.
  • Set up and check aerial hammocks/equipment before and after each class.
  • Assist in promoting classes and engaging with members to build community.

Requirements:

  • Certified Aerial Yoga / Aerial Fitness Instructor (recognized training program).
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of aerial techniques, safety protocols, and anatomy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and continuous learning.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible schedule — weekday evenings and weekends preferred.
  • Freelance basis.
