**_RESPONSIBILITIES: _**

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our projects.

You will work closely with our design team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is designed to offer you a comprehensive experience in project management while providing a pathway to explore design opportunities in the future.
- Collaborate with the design team on project execution, from design drawings to on-site construction.
- Conduct thorough project assessments, including site visits, measurements, and analysis of client requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and designers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in procuring necessary materials, furnishings, and equipment while adhering to budget constraints and design specifications.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Anticipate and address project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members for a seamless project workflow. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

**_REQUIREMENTS: _**
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architectural, Facilities Design Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Fresh graduate with a strong passion for project management and interior design.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, team members, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Meticulous in quality checks and ensuring projects meet required standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient understanding of AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and color drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator and Google Sketch Up. Proactive in task follow-ups to ensure timely progress and completion.
