**Job Description
With demonstrated experience driving the HR agenda in a consulting environment, this opportunity requires your expertise to further enhance employee engagement and a strong sense of ownership among our team.

You will have responsibility for the people agenda including (but not limited to):

- Delivering full service end to end recruitment aligned with business targets
- Evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of the onboarding program
- In concert with DSS leadership, planning, developing, and implementing capability development initiatives to further complement the business strategy
- Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to dss+ senior leaders to maximize performance of the organization.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance
- Be the contact person for the business (and liaise with external vendors) regarding compensation, benefits, employment law, payroll and other associated HR tasks as necessary
- Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings
- Providing practical, effective HR solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success.

**We are looking for**:

- Masters Degree with at least 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources
- Human Resource experience in a consulting/professional services company with end-to-end recruiting experience is highly regarded
- Proven experience with talent pipeline development
- Demonstrated capability in talent development and talent management
- Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization
- Prior experience with HR analytics an advantage
- Exceptional (verbal & written) communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with proven collaboration and cross-cultural skills
- Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization
