**Overview**

We are establishing the precious metals business, launching with a vision to innovate and excel in the industry. As a small and dynamic team, we are building the foundation of our operations from the ground up. We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join us on this exciting journey and contribute to shaping our future. The individual will primarily focus on developing operational processes and procedures and supporting day-to-day business operations. As we evolve, the role will also be involved additional responsibilities such as system testing, assisting with website development, and other ad-hoc tasks to support our growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership and make an impact in a new venture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with various teams to design, document, and implement operational processes and procedures for the precious metals business.
- Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, website updates, research, or assisting with marketing initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
- A resourceful and adaptable approach, thriving in a startup environment with a passion for problem-solving.
- A can-do attitude and eagerness to roll up your sleeves to tackle challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to start immediately preferred

**Preferred Qualifications (Not required but good to have)**
- Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Python, or similar) to assist with website or system-related tasks.
- Interest or familiarity with the precious metals industry (training will be provided).
- Experience with process documentation or operational workflows.
