**Inside Sales Administrator/Executive**

**Function**

The Inside Sales Admin/Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales within APAC. To assist with the management of customer accounts, ensuring on time delivery and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and cultivate successful customer relationships
- Become the primary contact point for customers
- Check inventory, evaluate historical data and determine the best pricing proposal.
- Check market availability and pricing when looking to quote non-stock items.
- Assist the purchasing team when customer orders need to be sourced from the market.

**Requirements**:

- Organised, self-motivated
- Strong time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure in a small team
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
- Knowledge of our software system Quantum is preferred but not a requirement as training will be provided
- Sales and customer service experience within the Aerospace selector will be an advantage
- Experience in all phases of the sales process will be an advantage

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
