
Manager / Senior Manager, Procurement and Admin

You will be working as a Manager/Senior Manager in the Corporate Services Division (CSVD) for Procurement and Administration.
The officer will report to the Team Lead and be responsible to provide support to divisions on procurement and general administration matters relating to:
Procurement Operations and Policy Support
- Manage procurement operations, including reviewing procurement submissions, processing purchase requests, periodic checks on simple purchases and provide guidance to divisions on procurement-related matters.
- Review policies and processes for improvement, including development of internal education materials to raise staff’s awareness on procurement guidelines.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting for management’s information
- Support audit exercises (e.g., internal audit, financial audit)
Administration and Workplace Management
- Manage records and archival process and system, as well as support audit exercises on records management.
- Manage the facility management services, including use of office resources.
- Manage SSG’s green efforts and recertification of Green Mark
- Implement policies and standards on emergency preparedness, crisis management and contingency planning
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Up to 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement practices and processes, preferably in public agency
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness and facility management with relevant work experience is an advantage
- Good writing and communication skills
- Organised, meticulous with good reasoning skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
