**This position can be carried out from any deugro location within the Asian region.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating, maintaining, and presenting materials related to the training or deployment of CargoWiseOne
- Conducting workshops or training classes for staff both online and face to face
- Conducting process analysis and mapping including suggesting and implementing changes or improvements
- Providing support (remote and face to face) as well as working to resolve tickets related to the deployment of CargoWiseOne
- Working in or leading a work stream or project including providing reports to management and/ or updating project plans or other materials
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs and other metrics
- Travel to various locations for deployment or analysis

**Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting transport management systems and/or supply chain management solutions
- Good experience in conducting training and structuring training material and Work Instructions
- Experience and understanding of the usage of CargoWise - CCP would be a nice to have
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel, also on a global level
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
