Job Description:

  • Configure applications into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, enabling seamless deployment and automation.
  • Design and implement build pipelines, test environments (SIT/UAT), and Artifactory repositories to ensure efficient software development lifecycle.
  • Verify deployable artifacts and guarantee release readiness through thorough quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain UNIX/Shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
  • Verify deployment objects in target servers and troubleshoot as needed to resolve any technical issues.
  • Initiate Change Requests for infrastructure-related needs (Network Firewall, LVM, SSH, Connect Direct, Backups) to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ensure release documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to organizational standards, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Support infrastructure management and monitoring using tools such as Nagios, GENEOS, and Splunk to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable releases on schedule, meeting business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BFSI domain (Banking/Finance/IT).
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, build tools, and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, Git/Bitbucket, JBoss/WebLogic.
  • Strong scripting skills in UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Familiarity with Control-M job scheduling and ability to analyze/optimize scheduled jobs.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of delivery-focused performance.
