**Roles & Responsibilities**
Description:
- Prepare letters of appointment, confirmation, termination, increment, promotions (Templates provided)
- Assist client point of contact to prepare appraisal forms
- Update & maintain staff personal records, manage staff Leave, Work Pass, Courses and records
- Register and manage workers Training Courses
- Submit and Process NS make-up claim, maternity leave claims, childcare leave claims and related statutory submissions
- Purchase Insurance matters (Security Bonds, Workmen compensation, hospitalization claims)
- Booking air-tickets for workers for expatriation
- Handle staff queries on HR related matters
- Work Injury Report ( liaised with insurance agent and MOM officer )
- Formulate company memos
- Adhoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements / Competencies:
- Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills to liase with internal and external stakeholders
- Training Period: 6 months
Training Allowance
- Fresh Graduates: $2,100
- Non-mature Mid-Career Individuals : $2,500
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals: $3,200
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individual (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
