**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
In this role, you will be reporting the Asia Pacific and Japan HR Regional leader and you will be covering SEA Cluster including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong and India.
The HR Leader is an integral member of both the HR and business leadership teams, providing expertise in the development & support of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and labor & employee relations issues.
You will be an internal and external ambassador with stakeholders, and a strong leader and partner to the business teams, aligning and executing against the company’s strategy and core HR priorities and programs to achieve maximum effectiveness and success.
As a HR Leader for SEA cluster, you will be responsible for:
- Managing HR support across all organizations and teams present in the cluster. You will develop the HR strategy and priorities to support the long-term business vision and lead initiatives across the cluster to support the realization of the strategy.
- Providing HR business partnership and executive coaching support to SEA Commercial Leadership Team, and support and facilitate leadership development and building of a strong organizational culture.
- Leading, developing and mentoring a team of HR professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional CoE partners and other stakeholders to support the realization of the cluster HR priorities.
- Overseeing the development and deployment of multiple core employment life cycle HR processes, including talent management, rewards, performance management, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, learning & development, career and succession planning as well as organization development & design.
- Developing and implementing workforce and talent strategy in line with short to long term company vision and objectives. Identifies business organizational needs, and the critical resources & capabilities required to support these objectives.
- Providing consultation on Compensation & Benefit strategy & execution, including competitive benchmarking, compensation and benefits re-design/ customization, pension programs and vendor management.
- Supporting organizational design and organizational alignment activities, lead client restructuring activities as well as contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary. Provides coaching and counsel to business leaders in communicating and enabling change.
- Ensuring robust governance and compliance with statutory laws and regulations across all markets in the cluster. You will provide Employee Relations advice and consultation to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, employee grievance and conflict resolution, HR policy and procedure interpretation, and labor laws and standards education.
