**OVERVIEW**

Responsible for leading and supervising the Facility Maintenance team to perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance of the venue/premise and equipment and resolve any technical issues to ensure efficient and safe operations. Oversee and manage contractors on repair and renovation projects.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage the facility and maintenance team, including but not limited to scheduling/rostering, recruitment, annual performance appraisal and training and development;
- Manage maintenance of the premises, repair or replacement of equipment, furniture and fixtures and non-IT systems to ensure smooth operations;
- Oversee routine venue inspection, monitoring defects and implement required maintenance solutions to avoid disruption to operations;
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental policies and procedures;
- Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance program/log for all venue equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings to ensure effectiveness;
- Identify and implement energy and other conservation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operating expenses;
- Plan and manage repair and maintenance operating budget and capital improvement works and equipment purchase;
- Monitor use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment;
- Develop and manage contracts with facility and equipment contractors and service consultants;
- Liaise with contractors, MBS counter-party and government authorities in related facility maintenance and renovation project matters;
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering [mechanical & electrical / Building Services / Facilities Management];
- 10 years’ experience in property / building maintenance with at least 3 years in senior supervisory position;
- Hands-on technical skills in renovation project management and maintenance;
- Knowledge of F&B related equipment, hotel industry plant/equipment an added advantage;
- FSM Certificate, if available;
- Good leadership quality and people management skills;
- Pro-active attitude, take initiatives and with good interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
