We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team. This position will be reporting to the Manager based in Singapore to support in the daily Sea freight forwarding operations related to the Singapore office.

Location : Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for import/export of sea freight operations
- Planning and organize day to day operations for sea freight shipments
- work closely with customers, carriers, co-loaders, oversea agents and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

.Work closely with customers and co-loaders to resolve issues.
- Prepare shipping instruction/Bill of Lading and others shipping documents.
- Billing and cost verification, costs & selling figures
- Ensure that all jobs are monitored, cost, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system.
- Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system
- Communicate discrepancies/issues to team/manager when necessary
- Ensure follow company FOP and other duty assigns by department manager
- Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sea freight Forwarding operations.
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or above
