
Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the lubrication systems business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lubricant, oil & gas, and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Provide technical sales support, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years’ sales experience** in **lubricant, oil & gas, or lubrication systems industry**.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
