
Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Assist in providing full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters and other related administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update contracts and corporate secretarial records / registers for Company and all subsidiaries.
- Liaise with corporate secretarial agents/ lawyers/ auditors for compliance with local requirements for all companies within the Group.
- Liaise with auditors for audit of corporate secretarial records and documents.
- Access and extract information from ACRA.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments.
**Requirement**
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in corporate secretarial matters. Fresh graduate or those who are pursuing ICSA or other relevant qualification are welcomed to apply
- Diploma or equivalent
- Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and able to adapt to work with multinational working environment.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills to improve work performance.
