Our Client is an international leader in the development of natural taste and sensory solutions, colors, food protection, advanced hop products, dry products and nutritional ingredients for the manufactured food, beverage, nutritional and pharmaceutical markets.

Due to expansion they have a newly created role available in the Singapore regionbal office.

Work location - near to Tanjong Pagar MRT.

**The Role
- Provide sales and customer service support to the sales team and customers in Asia countries excluding Greater China.
- Follow up on new leads on product and sales related inquiries.
- Provide consultative service that reinforces the customer’s value perception, ultimately delivering a world class customer experience.
- Facilitate within the company to obtain timleu responses to customer questions and/or concerns.
- Provide data analytics support on Sales Force information for Sales Director to drive sustainable opportunity pipeline.

**The Person
Education/Experience/Skills:
Required:

- Bachelor’s degree - prefer BS (e.g. food/nutritional science)
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product attributes
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales, technical - sales or other customer-facing role (preferably within the food industry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in dialog about projects and needs.
- Advanced computer & technology skills
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to work in a professional manner with customers and co-workers. Friendly & consultative.
- Strong organizational skills
- Independently motivated

Desired:

- Experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management)
- Sales experience
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Familiar with Sales Force
