**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and pending quotations.
**Order Management**:
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Monitor inventory availability and liaise with the warehouse or procurement team as needed.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure all documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices) is complete.
**Customer Service**:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide updates on order status, shipment, or any issues.
**Sales Administration**:
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales databases.
- Generate periodic sales reports and analyze sales data for management review.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, or customer visits.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring all backend processes are smooth and efficient.
- Follow up on overdue payments and assist in credit control if needed.
**Requirements / Qualifications**:
- Secondary Certificate and above
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
