Responsibilities:
1, Participate in StarMaker's overall overseas operation planning and development strategy, including but not limited to content operation, user operation, and product operation.

2, Manage the local operation team to ensure team output and growth and achieve business goals.

3, Be responsible for the revenue and core operation results of the responsible country/region.

4, Making the core operation strategies and promote the implementation, based on business goals.

**Requirements**:
**1, **More than 3 year of operation experience in the interactive entertainment industry. Those with operation management experience of entertainment products are preferred.

2, Be sensitive to data, have strong logical thinking and communication ability, possess good project management and promotion ability, and be familiar with mature operation methods.

3, Have a strong sense of curiosity and self-motivation, and be able to stimulate team creativity, help the team grow and lead the team to complete goals together.Be result-oriented and able to withstand high work pressure.

4, English can be used as the working language (required). Vietnamese are preferred.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
