**Support the Development / set up (structure, people, process, and system) to deliver its vision, mission, strategy and plans in an effective and efficient manner.**

**Analytics and Insights**
**Leverage on data analytic tools and analytical techniques to create management information,**
**business insights, and projections for HR training purposes.**

**Relationships and Communication**
**Support the team in managing relationships with people and communicate with impact and empathy so as to carry out the functional role of HR effectively.**

**Leverage on Skills framework and National Policies and Initiatives to achieve workforce**
**development excellence across company.**

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma majoring in Business Management / Human Resource or any related business discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and writing skills with ability to engage people at all levels.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communications skills
- Detailed oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects within agreed deadlines.
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, empathetic, able to work in face paced, dynamic environment.
