As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will play an important role in identify the best talent for the KSL Group of Companies. This is a good opportunity for those who interested in campus recruitment and move beyond hiring fresh graduates.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting the TA Leads on hiring requirements of the appointed business group/function
- Build the employer brand for KSL Group of Companies by managing and developing synergistic relationships with relevant government institutions and driving related programs/initiatives
- Support the continuous improvement of TA infrastructure to improve effectiveness and efficiency, this includes systems, processes, vendor relationships/agreements, documentation
- Maintain records related to recruitment as required by HR/recruitment policies and as per the defined process
- Assist on external communications including ads, social media presence
- Ad Hoc TA-related projects
- You are experienced or interested in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, assessment to managing offer
- You have good time and data management skills and can prioritize among competing tasks
- You should be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, maturity and strong stakeholder management skills
- You are self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- A bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin or related filed
