- Client: MNC in Megaprojects/ Not China Company, and “A1 Main Contractor in Water & O&G industry”
- Location: Town, East area, “West Area/ 5 days, with Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT”
- Working Hrs: Town / 5 days, East 5.5 days.
- Salary: $4.5 - $7K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++.

** Must Have **Min 4 - 10 years Singapore** **Civil Construction Experience.**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
- Must have a minimum of **3 - 10 years of Singapore Civil **Project working experience
- **4 years of relevant Singapore **experience preferably in civil structural projects
- Good Spoken / written English, communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations and measurement of quantities
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
