**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:
2. Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres

3. To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced

4. To make bookings and help with registrations of patients

5. Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics

6. Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department

7. Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

Job Requirements:
1. Able to work rotating shift on weekdays (Mon-Fri: 7am-4pm/10am-7pm) and alternate Saturdays

2. Applicants to possess at least an "O" Level Certificate/Diploma (any field)

3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook

4. Good communications and writing skills

5. Service oriented, responsible, fast learner and meticulous

6. To be a team worker and able to thrive on challenges

Able to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Proactive and supportive in carrying out new initiatives
- Able to commit to staggered shift hours
- 5.5 work week (Alternate Saturdays required)
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma Graduate in Nursing
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operating theatre settings
Post 1. Scrub Nurse

The primary role of a scrub nurse is to assist the surgeon as needed during a procedure. Scrub nurses are expected to maintain a suitable stock of sterile instruments, sponges and suturing materials close at hand for the surgeon's use, and to pass them as requested by the surgeon. The scrub nurse should understand surgical procedures well enough to anticipate which items will be wanted and in which order, allowing the surgeon to work efficiently and without wasted time. If necessary, the scrub nurse can obtain additional quantities of sterile dressings and instruments from a circulating nurse.
