  • Position : Corporate Service Associate (Company Acts/Secretarial/Statutory Compliance) - Up to $5,000 + Bonus
  • Location : Orchard | WFH Upon Confirmation
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.45pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Average 2-3 Months Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves + Uncapped Medical Reimbursement + Dental Benefits + Birthday Meal Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Managers to manage portfolio of clients under a team.
  • Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for listed and private entities
  • Assist with other secretarial or ad-hoc duties administrative matters as required

Requirements:

  • SAICSA qualified or university or polytechnic candidates, currently pursuing SAICSA course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial services.
  • Experienced handling listed companies can be considered for Senior Associate role.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
