**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Experience in Radio Systems, RF Coverage Design, Bi-Directional Amplifiers

2. Experience in Voice Recording Systems

3. Participate in pre-sales engagement activity and assist with the formulation of sales proposals

4. Responsible for Proof Of Concept (POC) to customers

5. Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

6. Responsible for managing defects during warranty period and supporting deployed system in green and/or brown field MRT projects

7. Provide administrative training to customers on operation and maintenance needs

8. Provide first level support to customers

9. Formulate escalation action plan and follow up proactively until problem is resolve

10. Create and maintain of site-specific system configuration document for post implementation support

11. Liaise with principals for technical assistance on solutions and support

12. Able to work in customers' premises and travel overseas on job assignment when required

13. Able to work after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required

14. Able to perform standby duty to attend to customers' sites during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required

15. Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment

16. Must be a problem solver and has sense of urgency

17. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

18. Understand and adhere to health & safety policies and ensure quality of workmanship is maintained at all times to the highest possible standards

**Education Level**

1. Diploma/Degree in Electronics /Telecommunications Engineering or other Engineering will be considered

2. Wireless Communication certification, if any

**Experience/Technical Skills**

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. Experience in Public Speaking and Ability to Conduct Presentation to customers

3. Experience in Telecommunication/Wireless systems

4. Experience in system troubleshooting and problem isolation

5. Ability to provide both hardware and software technical support and services

7. Proficient in either AutoCAD or MicroStation, not mandatory
