**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and traffic.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence and implement strategies to grow engagement and followers.
- Monitor trends and interactions to maintain a strong online reputation.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and report on budget allocation and expenditure.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is a must
