**Summary**:

- Production and stage-coordination for student theatre productions
- Provide production and technical support to staff and students for theatre productions
- Monitor and maintain production spaces and assets

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain classroom theatre studios
- Oversee safety and health requirements to ensure theatre studios are safe working environments for lessons, rehearsals, performances and school events.
- Manage and maintain wardrobe, set, props, costume and other production assets
- Track and monitor use of production assets by staff and students
- Coordinate Theatre Faculty curriculum-based activities including student performances, rehearsals, and enrichment programmes.
- Provide production and technical support and guidance to staff and students, including recording of student productions
- Liaise with other depts, in particular Office of Administration, Office of Property Management and Office of Procurement to ensure the smooth flow of events and lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments on school-wide events such such as Open House.
- Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer or management of the school as and when required.
- Be on-call availability after normal working hours for emergency needs as required.
- Manage and maintain production equipment such as lights, audio and video equipment

**Job Requirements**:

- A relevant diploma in technical theatre or arts management
- A background in production and stage management is vital and additional knowledge or expertise in technical theatre or production design is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently.
- Skilled in project management and budget planning.
- Team player, resourceful, self-driven, good sense of urgency and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to commit beyond normal working hours and work on weekends and public holidays (when needed).
- At least 3 to 5 years' hands-on experience in performing arts productions in a technical capacity
- Knowledge of Fire Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act is an advantage-
