概要
- 本ポジションはお客様のオフィスに常駐し、社内で使用するシステムの問い合わせ対応を担当するポジションになります。
求人内容
- 契約書、見積書、注文書を含むあらゆる種類の文書の管理とサポート
- 外部サービスプロバイダーからのサービスに関するすべての契約活動および承認を全部門と調整
- HOD/Directorとのミーティングに出席し、議事録を作成
- HOD/Directorへの事務・秘書的サポート（プロジェクト関連の総務、スケジュール、支払い関連など）
- ITマネージャーと駐在員の手配と調整
- ITシステム関連業務（チームのサポート）
- Manage and support in all kinds of documents including contracts, quotation, and order forms.
- Coordinate all contractual activities and approvals with all department/sections for the services from external service providers.
- Attend meetings with HOD/Directors to take meeting minutes if any.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the HOD/Directors - including project related general affairs, schedule, payment related to ensure IT department needs are met.
- Arrange and coordinate a full spectrum of IT manager and Japanese expatriates.
- IT system related work (Administration team support).
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

- 強いコミュニケーション能力と対人能力
- MSオフィスが得意な方
[尚可］
- 2年程度のアドミン業務経験
- 銀行での業務経験
[Must]
- Processing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and fast learner
- Proficient in MS office
[Advantage]
- Experience in the similar position (admin work, excluding internship)
- Experience in bank
