**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for all bilateral onboardings with Financial Institutions, Service Providers, Trading Platforms and other counterparties. This constitutes the exchange of corporate documentation, relevant information, as well as addressing queries from other firms and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, trading platforms and any other relating counterparties. The onboarding specialist will be frequently engaged with the firm’s clients and counterparties, and will be required to develop a good, professional working relationship with them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and/or automate onboarding processes, adhere to existing/new regulatory requirements, and to minimize the overall onboarding turnaround time.
- The onboarding specialist will also be expected to help with improving and managing some processes in the sales life cycle for the business development team. This includes supporting efforts to improve the current data collection and organization of client information in both CRM and other internal systems.
- Maintenance of the firm’s corporate documentation. This includes the database maintenance and periodic update and collection of relevant documentation.
- Assist with general day-to-day queries that counterparties or clients might raise.
- Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and checkpoints.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Onboarding
- Possess a good understanding of the infrastructure framework that a Institutional Trading Firm requires
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and escalate key counterparty issues as required
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
- Ability to write code would be a bonus
