Assistant Manager, Student Administration

The Assistant Manager, Student Administration is to lead the MSO team in Research-PG office to provide high-quality administrative support in postgraduate programme management and to support the strategic development of postgraduate programmes for the School.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and provide administrative support in postgraduate research programmes,- Strategic planning and developments of the unit- Planning and implementation of technologies to enhance unit operational efficiency- Analytics to support the strategic planning of future postgraduate programme directions- Provide the documents to OA, CoE, and various departments- Manage outstanding issues and appeal cases- Support faculty- Supervise 2 MSO
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline-
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience- MS Office expertise- Good attitude, communication, management and people relational skills- Ability to multi-task and work independently with staff and faculty at all levels- Meticulous with an eye for details- Analytical and ability to perform statistical analysis- Responsible, resourceful and self-motivated to resolve issues on a timely manner- Be creative and develop new ideas to improve the current administrative process- Able to display initiative and work independently with mínimal supervision;
