**Job Description**:
- Maintain good relationships with accounts and partners through communicating and identifying needs and challenges.
- Has good research skills to understand accounts through Know Your Customer (KYC) duties.
- Assist and support in brainstorming and planning of programmes and events.
- Assist in coordinating and organising programmes, events, speakers and, materials, including but not limited to administration (e.g. invitations and reminders), logistics, vendors, venue, pre and post event support.
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate in year 2 or 3, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications
- Ability to manage resources and relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated good project management skills
- Ability to manage documents and research in a timely and organised manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and duties from events and programmes
- Demonstrate good Microsoft Office skills
