In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Global Network team to complete the business development and product construction of the payment channel network (including card payment, ACH/SEPA, wire transfer), bank settlement account construction, payment process design and product architecture design.
- Continuously follow up on international development needs, and analyze regional and global payment market development and regulatory trends.
- Investigate the match between product capabilities and current business needs, and continue to optimize and improve
- Set up an effective collaboration between business departments and technical departments both externally and internally. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively by promoting the implementation of globalization strategies.

Qualifications:

- Master 's degree or above
- 8+ or more years of experience in the financial and/or payment industry, with proven experience in global payment channel network in business planning and team management (managing more than 20 members) in APAC, Europe and EMEA.
- Must-have knowledge of major international cross-border settlement methods, local settlement methods, payment scenarios, user habits in major countries and regions
- Must-have in-depth understanding of core channels and a certain knowledge of foreign exchange; be familiar with the payment industry in at least 3 countries except China.
- Be able to deeply understand the product positioning of the company and pursue the ultimate product experience;
- Be able to think independently and problem-solving, excellent leadership and cooperative influence;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, good at coping with challenges and working under pressure
