Manager, Outpatient Clinic Operations

You will be responsible for the high performance and quality service delivery of the Outpatient Clinics. In addition to managing the fast-paced day-to-day operations of the clinics, you will also be involved in the strategic planning, development and implementation of new services and initiatives as well as quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and services.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree with at least 8 years' experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders to reach strategic outcomes
- Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
- An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
